Open the contracts folder <LOCATION>. For each contract, extract vendor, annual value, renewal date, notice period and auto-renew clause. List any contract whose notice deadline falls within the next 90 days, sorted by deadline, with a recommendation: renew, renegotiate or cancel.Replace anything in <ANGLE BRACKETS> with your own details. Review outputs before letting an agent send, buy or delete anything.

Steps
- Copy the prompt and fill in the parts in angle brackets.
