The promises you forgot you made
Every evening, an agent reads what you sent today and lists every "I will get back to you" with a deadline.

"Let me check and get back to you" is the most expensive sentence in business. You say it ten times a day and remember it three times. The rest quietly becomes a reputation.
Schedule: Every day at 6 PM · cron 0 18 * * *
Scan the emails and messages I sent today for commitments, such as 'I'll send', 'will get back', 'let me check', 'by Friday'. List each promise with who it was to, what I promised, and the deadline (explicit or implied). Remind me of anything due tomorrow or overdue.
It may flag "I will be there" in a personal thread as a business promise. Fix: scope the scan to your work inbox and one chat channel, and ask it to ignore threads with family contacts.
This one only reads and reminds. Keep it that way. Do not give it permission to reply on your behalf.
Ask it to group promises by person, so tomorrow morning you clear three people instead of nine tasks.
