Stop chasing invoices by hand
A Tuesday routine that drafts polite payment reminders and escalates tone after 30 days. You approve, it never sends alone.

Late invoices are awkward, so they wait. Every week you open the tracker, scan for overdue rows, and write the same nervous email again. The cost is not the five minutes. It is the cash that sits on the table for an extra three weeks because nobody asked.
Schedule: Every Tuesday at 10 AM · cron 0 10 * * 2
Read my invoice tracker (<SHEET OR FOLDER>). Find invoices that are past due. For each, draft a short, polite reminder email to the client with the invoice number, amount, original due date and payment link. Escalate tone slightly for anything over 30 days late. Show me the drafts; do not send them.
If your sheet stores dates as text, the agent can count "due in 3 days" as overdue. Fix: add one line to the prompt telling it the date format, and ask it to list the rows it skipped and why.
End the prompt with "Show me the drafts; do not send them." Let it run for two weeks before you trust the tone.
Add your payment details to the prompt so every reminder carries the payment path. Fewer replies asking "where do I pay?".
