Here is the transcript of my latest video with timestamps. Find the 5 strongest 30-60 second moments for short clips: a surprising claim, a clear tip, a story, a strong opinion. For each give start/end timestamps, a hook caption, and a title. Then write a 5-post thread summarizing the episode.

Steps
